The City of Walker's Permit Department handles floodplain management, such as Base Flood Elevation [BFE], Flood Zone and Map Panel Number. The Permit Department also handles the Community Rating System [CRS].

The following information is needed to supply your Flood Zone, BFE, and/or Map Panel Number:
1. Address of location. You must have the location of the structure marked on a map to be submitted with the flood zone determination request form.
2. Name of the person requesting the flood determination.
3. Contact information for the person requesting the flood determination.
